QuestionI have this soundbar connected via HDMI along with the subwoofer connected via bluetooth. Recently the soundbar started disconnecting regularly from my TV but the subwoofer will produce a muffled sound. Unplugging power and back in resolves but not ideal.

- Answer Please double check the HDMI-CEC settings of the Soundbar through the Bose Music app by using the "HDMI Power and Audio" settings. We would recommend using option 5 for this, or you can contact Bose support for help.

- Answer We recommend placing the Soundbar below the TV for best results. In certain situations, if there is no TV Unit or Shelf to place the Soundbar on, it is better to mount it directly onto the wall. QuestionHave a Samsung 65" QN65Q80AAFXZ model which has decent TV speaker. Will this Bose sound be a big improvement, mostly looking for voice clarity? Also will I be able to par the bose soundbar with my Samsung remote control or will need to use 2 separate?

- Answer You will be able to connect to the Bose app on your phone and it very convenient, the Bose speaker will also be a absolute fantastic improvement you will be shocked once fully installed and watching a movie, it shocked us with just the start up noises, it’s absolutely amazing

- Answer I have mine in a 15 x 15 room. The Sounder is great, but there was a HUGE difference adding the Base Module. I cave mine positioned under an end table and it's hidden. It connects wirelessly, so no need to have it anywhere in the open...

QuestionCan two of these be paired together to act unison. 1 via eARC and the other in the rear of the room via Bose APP? If so, how bad would the delay be when watching tv?

- Answer Hello, In the Bose app, there is a sync option in your product settings. This is useful when playing audio from a video source—like a TV sports channel—to a group of Bose speakers. You can use the sync option to decide if the grouped speakers should play in sync to the picture on the TV or if they should play in sync will all other grouped speakers. Syncing sound with the TV picture is recommended if people can see the TV while listening accompanying audio on grouped speakers. Syncing sound with all grouped speakers is recommended if the TV picture is not as important as having all grouped speakers playing in unison.

QuestionCan you use an HDMI that's ran from the TV through the wall and plug it into the soundbar for it to work so there's no wires showing or does it have to have that optical connection for sound?

QuestionMy Bose Ultra Soundbar keeps going out on me. Not sure why. It says is has the HDMI connection but no sound. Sometimes I have to unplug the soundbar power and plug it back in and then it starts working.

QuestionCan I connect a 3rd party powered subwoofer like an SVS sub to this Bose Ultra soundbar via the "3.5mm bass port" on the rear of the soundbar by using an adapter-type subwoofer cable such as a "3.5mm -to- RCA subwoofer cable" connection to the subwoofer?
