A:AnswerWhat was the power output from your charger? The Flex requires at least a 5V 1.5A charger from what I've read.
I would try using at least a 2A charger with a new cord before sending it in. If the same issue still persists after this and this is a new unit, return it.
A:AnswerWe had played it for over 10 hours one day at a BBQ and-it still had charge remaining. It mentions up to 12 hours on a single charge and I have no doubt that we could have played it a lot longer.
A:AnswerYou can buy two of these guys and they can connect as stereo. I have two myself and it sounds amazing. Honestly this Flex sounds great solo as well. Even though by itself it is a mono speaker I think it does do some separation effects through its DSP technology (digital signal processing). Mono or Stereo music sounds freaking amazing. FYI- sounds better on its back imo.
A:AnswerUnfortunately it is common now with a lot of gadgets to receive the cord only like this. Make sure you get a base to plug the correct type of usb that the cord requires, if you don’t already have one laying around that is.
