“Bose speaker randomly turning off I don't understand why my Bose speaker continues to randomly turn off even with a full battery charge, there's nothing obscuring the connection from the Bluetooth device (my phone) to the speaker itself. And the software has been updated.”

We have had issue with phone if text or email or call comes through disrupting our music channel. We started using our iPad and that helped.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.when connected to the phone it will turn off every time you get a text message I solved that by putting my music on a Ipod and set the settings to no notifications. My touch is music only!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would send or take it back. It shouldnt turn off unless the battery goes dead, so if its turning off, you may have a bad battery or battery connection. Both are issues you shouldnt have to deal with yourself.
