Thank you for your inquiry. Since the iPhone 7 Plus does not have a built-in headphone jack, you would need to use a lightning to 3.5mm headphone adapter. Once this is in place, you could connect a 3.5mm audio cable between the iPhone 7 Plus and the aux input on the SoundLink Mini Bluetooth speaker. We hope this helps! - Brian
