Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello! The Bose Connect app is a useful addition, but it is not needed for a Bluetooth connection. You can put the speaker into pairing mode and connect via your phones Bluetooth pairing option.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have a Note 10 Samsung Galaxy. Initially, it showed up on the Bluetooth screen and I could not select it. Every time I touched it, a window would open saying i need to download the app to use this device. After a bunch of swearing and a cool off period I finally downloaded the app and got the thing playing. But after it was in the list of paired Bluetooth devices, you no longer need the app unless you are going to use two paired together for stereo. So I deleted the app and I can still use the Bose Soundlink Revolve II. If that wasn't the case I would have returned it. I really do not see a need to have an app for something so simple!
