QuestionI just received my Bose soundlink revolve plus. I plugged it in for the first time and it’s been flashing red for a while. Does that mean it’s still charging or does that mean something is wrong? I can’t even turn it on or connect it yet.

- Answer As noted on https://bose.life/3c1b7Sd, a flashing red LED while charging means that the speaker has low power. Be sure to use a power supply rated 5 vDC, 1.6A to successfully charge the speaker.

- Answer it has a good sound but i wouldn't recommend you buying it because you have to charge it after 1 hour of use. I returned it once already don't buy it

- Answer Hello Wayne, thank you for your interest in the SoundLink Revolve+ Bluetooth speaker! To provide some clarification, the system does include a 3.5 mm auxiliary audio input. Once you connect an auxiliary cable from your device's headphone jack to the AUX IN port on the Revolve+, you can tap the Input button on the top of the speaker to change the source of your music from Bluetooth to AUX. This button looks like a circle with an arrow going through it. Hope this helps! Jesse - Bose Support

QuestionHi I have 2 of the soundlink revolve units and I was thinking of adding a 3rd, is it possible to link 3 of them using the Bose connect app? If not, is there another Bose unit such as a sub or something that can be used in conjunction with 2 units? thx

- Answer Hello Justin, Thank you for the question. To clarify, you can only sync together up to two SoundLink Revolve speakers for Party or Stereo mode. It is not possible to add additional speakers. We do encourage you to take a look at our SoundTouch systems that allow you to sync multiple speakers together using your home network. This will also give you the freedom to add additional speakers down the road. You can set up to have your music played through all the speakers at once or to different speakers at your choosing. QuestionWhat about using this speaker on a beach, would sand bother it or void any warranty?

- Answer The sand might mess up the speaker and warranty. The Revolve does hook up to a tripod. The Revolve + is 2lbs so buy accordingly. I'm looking at a tripod that extends to 60" high with a wt limit of 7lbs (Just to be safe.) Good luck.

QuestionCan the speaker be charged from a 220 volt outlet? Can it be charged via the usb cable from a laptop computer?

- Answer Charging adapter listed as 100-240V. You would need an adapter for 220v plug. From USB on a computer it will take much longer to charge as USB ports on computers usually rated at about 0.5amp of current and speaker's charger rated at 1.6amp
