No. Rook 2 or your your router does not support Bluetooth function. I will recommend Roku three which comes with headphones .

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I dont think it does cause your roku unit is not bluetooth and but there is rokus that on the remote have an audio jack port. you can plug the headphones using the stereo jack they bring to the remote and generate sound that way.
