Hi Skip, The SoundLink On-Ear headphones use the A2DP Bluetooth profile for wireless stereo audio streaming from devices such as smartphones, tablets and computers. You could connect the headphones to a headphone output or analog audio output however via audio cable. Thank you.

Please check if your tv is equipped with bluetooth to be sure whether or not the headphones will work for it. If your tv is not equipped with bluetooth, you could purchase a Bluetooth Audio Transmitter and plug that into your tv to get the headphones to work. Alternatively, you could connect an audio cable from the headphones directly to the tv's audio-out port.
