“Love my Bose earbuds. Except for one issue. The left earbud does not work while on a phone call. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong. Please help. This only happens on a phone call. While listening to music you hear both. Just phone calls.”

Bose made it on purpose so calls are only in one ear. I wish you could switch to two ears as well.

But I have other ear bugs that I have purchased that do answer phone and hear with both ear bud's so Boss can choose to change or leave there system to single ear phone answering or double but that's there choice and how they choose to operate as far as sound there is nothing that compares to Boss Sound even in the smallest ear bud's incredible I am going to purchase another pair this week.
