Returned within 14 days, no issue to Best Buy. May have trouble if pushing 30
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought the same pair of Bose Bluetooth Wireless Earbuds. I had no issue using them so no return to the store was necessary. My suggestion is that IF you have the latest Bluetooth connectivity application software on the device you are trying to connect the earbuds to; and IF the same issue persists then return them to whom you purchased them from with an explanation of why the return. I've done just that with other items in the past with Best Buy and Best Buy had no issue with assisting me. Good Luck!!

Please try again later.Hello, I just got mine like a month or less ago and I haven’t had any problems with either of them, I did get mine from Best Buy and I don’t know if that makes any difference but I really enjoy them and I use them pretty much everyday as my job is boring so I listen to music and stuff like at least 5 hours a day on them and they still work like brand new. So sorry if this didn’t help but that’s just my experience since my purchase.

I use them at the gym and I'm very satisfied with this bran so far.I only had an issue with the buds staying in my ear, but I used the large size and that has seemed to rectify my issue .
