• Dual sound is only while playing music. When on a phone call only the RH bud will work.

• You can Only hear your phone call on one ear, but music on both Ears

• Just the right side to answer, both sides to listen to incoming calls. Controls are on the right side so you push once to answer a call or use your smart phone to answer while using the SoundSport.
