No, you will not be able to directly connect Google Chromecast with this music system.

However, you could connect an additional Chromecast device to the AUX input of your SoundTouch 10. This would allow you to use Google Chromecast to stream audio to your SoundTouch 10 this way. Alternatively, you could use Bluetooth on either your phone or laptop to connect to and play to the speaker this way. We hope this answers your question!
