“What is the "service" port located next to the "aux" port used for? Can I use it to charge my phone while Bluetooth is active?”

• Hi Newuser, Thank you for your question. The service port is for set up and software updates and diagnostics. We would not recommend charging your phone through it.

• This is directly from the user manual: “ The USB connector on the back of your speaker is for computer setup only. The USB connector is not designed to charge smartphones, tablets, similar devices or the speaker itself.”
