• Hello there. The Bose SoundTouch 10 system does have a 3.5mm AUX input that you can use to connect any audio device with an analog output, including a turntable. If the turntable does not have a built in phono preamp, you will need an external phono preamp which is a common part available online or from any electronics store. Thanks!

• No it's not standard usb enabled but it does have a micro usb. You can try that.

• Not directly. I believe you could hook the turntable to a computer and then stream to the Bose speaker. I can't guarantee that, though, because I don't have any similar setup.
