“I have a Sony XBR-65X850C TV. I'm using the optical connection currently to use the headphones. Will the Bose Sound Touch 300 soundbar work with my TV? I don't want to lose the headphone connection. Advise. Thanks.”

• The BOSE unit has essentially two physical sound sources it will support. Optical and HDMI. I have mine using HDMI for cable TV sound and optical fro bluray.

• The Boss has an Optical and an HDMI connection. If your Sony has HDMI you can keep the headphones.
