“I have a lifestyle soundbar in my open concept family room, and I would like the option of expanding the sound of the tv/movies into the kitchen (and the ability to Adjust volume independently as well). Will this soundbar work wirelessly for this?”

Thank you for your interest in the SoundTouch 300 soundbar, Greg. The SoundTouch 300 will connect over your home Wi-Fi network with your Lifestyle, if your current soundbar supports SoundTouch. Some of our previous Lifestyle systems came with an external SoundTouch adapter, shaped like a gold brick. The SoundTouch 300 is engineered primarily for use with TV's, and for dedicated audio playback, we would recommend a system such as the SoundTouch 20 Series III: https://bit.ly/2MDpilc.
