Hello and thank you for the question. The Bose SoundTouch 300 does not transmit sound via Bluetooth. Some televisions are starting to include this but the functionality has not yet become an industry standard. Have a great day!

Please try again later.you can ,but your not utilizing the soundbar because the soundbar's bluetooth is for receiving signals, not transmitting them(headphone have a bluetooth receiver as well). You can switch your audio output on the tv to bluetooth if your tv has it built in or you can a bluetooth transmitter from best buy.
