No on both. It's designed strictly to connect speakers (up to two pair). There is no connectivity for a sub.

There is no provision for a subwoofer . You might connect your Lifestyle 25's audio output to one of the available AUX inputs to play the same content. The SA-5 can also work independent of the main system.
