“I have a Yamaha receriver with optical audio input so I can connect the SoundTouch. My question is, can it play music stored on the Network disk (Synology NAS), while both are on the same home network and does it recognize playlists? thanks for answers!”

Hello, Palcic. Thank you for your question! The SoundTouch Wireless Link adapter, as well as all of our other SoundTouch speakers, can absolutely stream music from a NAS drive.
