This unit uses bluetooth. You will need a bluetooth transmitter to plug in your computer. Your computer will then be able to transmit to the Bose receiver . The bose reciever will need to be plugged into your reciever or amp. It works great for me at my church. I also bought one for my home theater at home. It works great up to 90 feet

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello! Thank you for your interest in our products. The SoundTouch Wireless Link adapter is designed to turn any speaker into a SoundTouch speaker, allowing that speaker to be grouped with others on the app. For example, connecting this to a pair of headphones and streaming through SoundTouch would allow you to play to both the headphones and to the SoundTouch 10. As such, I would not recommend trying to use this product to try and play all audio from your PC to the other speaker. However, if the music on your computer can be formatted into iTunes, or into a Windows Media Library, then this can be added to the Bose SoundTouch app, allowing you to broadcast this audio to the SoundTouch 10. Please note that the SoundTouch 10 (and any other speakers) would need a strong connection for this. As this is in a basement, we would advise that if you are struggling with the connection, to try and run this through an Ethernet cable, as this would provide you with a better connection. We hope this helps!
