YES-this Bose Bluetooth OR WIFI adapter will work just fine with any stereo system no matter how old it might be just as long as it has and aux input jack.

Please try again later.recently got the BOSE free space iza 2120-hz (amplifier ) and also got the above wireless adapter , my question is the system is on the top floor of the business where as the speakers are installed on below floor , how can i connect the wireless adapter through the network as blue tooth through a floor does not catch .. i have a pc on the bottom floor and the whole building has secered wifi please help thank you

Please try again later.The Bose adapter is a perfectly good bluetooth adapter for a home stereo, but its real benefit is as an access point to the Bose SoundTouch software, which allows access to music services such as Amazon, SiriusXM (with an internet subscription), global radio, but for Apple fans, unfortunately no Apple Music. If these are of no interest to your husband, then there are less expensive options that are bluetooth only.
