• Having only purchased my Bose SoundTouch wireless Link adapter a short time ago, to the best of my knowledge, yes it can be hooked up a home stereo. It comes with 3 separate means of hooking it up, including RCA cables which is what you would probably need if hooking up to an older stereo unit. Hopefully this helps.
