QuestionDo these headphones work with any other product besides Apple?I don't own any Apple products, I purchased these headphones for better sound quality from my HP laptop and Samsung Note 4. I have not opened the box since they say "Made for IPod IPhone IPad"

- Answer These headphones will give you fantastic sound from any device with a standard headphone jack. However, the microphone and control buttons on these headphones were designed specifically for the Apple ios family of devices with those particular features.

QuestionHeadband isn't adjustable?Under Specs, it says "Headband Adjustable - No." Every headphone pair I've ever had is adjustable for the individual user - from the Koss Sportapro to my Sennheisers. Few people have the exact same headsize or skull comfort level. Is this a misprint?

QuestionHow well does this isolate noise/sound vs. beats solo 2?I know these aren't noise cancelling but how well do they isolate the existing sound? also, how much noise leakage is there? I heard people may hear your music sitting next to you.

QuestionWill these work with airplane jacks?Directions inside specifically say DON"T use in airplanes seat jacks or there may be personal injury from burns due to overheating? This may be a disclaimer but wanted to check as I gave as a gift to someone

- Answer The SoundTrue On-Ear headphones offer an inline microphone with remote and volume controls designed specifically for certain Apple devices (such as iPhone, iPad, MacBook and iPod Touch). The volume controls are compatible only with Apple devices, though the microphone will work with many other cell phones and even some PC’s. The PC would require a combination headphone/microphone jack to allow for both audio output and microphone input. QuestionDoes it work with ALL Apple products?I'm thinking of buying the Ipod nano 7th generation but, I don't know if my headphones will be fully functional with it! And I don't want to switch from my Mint SoundTrue Headphones to those earbuds that come with every Apple product when I use it!!!

- Answer Thank you for your interest. If the TV offers an analog audio output (headphone jack or red and white RCA) headphones can be connected. The SoundTrue On-Ear headphones include a 5.5' cable, though a standard headphone extension cable can certainly be used. Our technical support team offers a 20 foot extension. - Answer While the ear cushions may physically block some noise, the headphones aren't designed for this purpose and don't include active noise cancelling technology.

- Answer THEY CLAIM THEY HAVE A WARRANTY BUT WHEN I TRIED TO GET A WEEK OLD PAIR REPAIRED OR REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY, THEY COULDN'T DO ANYTHING FOR ME AND AFTER GETTING UPSET, I WAS ASKED TO LEAVE THE STORE!
