- Answer Hello, thank you for your question. The SoundWear Companion covers are soft and comfortable to wear. You need to remove the original cover to put the new cover on.

- Answer It is a cover and I have never steamed it. So not too sure. If you mean the actual electronic device that goes in the cover I would suggest contacting the manufacturer.
