The system includes a sleep timer which can be set to turn the system off automatically after a set amount of time. To set the Sleep timer, follow these steps: Turn the system on and press the Sleep button on the remote. The display reads SLEEP - 30 MIN. Note: The owner's guide incorrectly states the system will remember the last setting Press the Sleep button repeatedly to set the sleep time in increments of 10 minutes. The range is 10 to 90 minutes When the desired sleep time appears, wait 10 seconds (do not press any buttons during this time). The sleep setting disappears after the 10 second interval A Sleep icon appears to the left of the time when the timer is activated
