• A:Answer The system does not have physical buttons for those features. The remote must be used.

Q: QuestionI like to keep my SoundTouch system on all day (listening to Sirius XM) ... even when I'm not home. A lot of times I come home and it has turned off. Why is it disconnecting? I do not have Auto Turnoff activated. Thanks!

• A:Answer Once the phone that runs the Soundtouch App is no longer on the WIFI network to which the Bose is attached, it will stop playing the streamed station. If you want it to run all day I suspect it will with a radio station, or else put the app on an old phone or tablet and leave that on the network all the time.

• A:Answer The Bose itself will only hold ONE cd which my mother in law was very disappointed with. I had a 3 cd changer from Bose years ago and had hoped to add it on to is Bose unit but they are NOT compatible. So I did have a 6 cd changer at home and was able to hook it up to the Bose unit as an auxiliary feature and it works great.

Q: QuestionWe bought a Bose sound system many years ago. We have used it to connect to our Escient system where all of our CDs are stored. Will this work with that Escient system? Our current Bose system has 8 buttons on top of it. Sound similiar?
