• No. The brackets (2) are designed to attach to the wall.

• It cannot. Bose offers a separate product that does exactly that though.

• It really depends on your tv bracket. I bought one from AV Express and had to drill a new hole in the Bose brackets so I could attach it with 2 bolts. One bolt just isn’t enough for the weight of most sound bars.
