I have a 2010 Honda Accord and my SSL unit started glitching so I bought this one to replace it. Yes, it supports the rear camera (I already had 1 with my old device). You have do have to buy a universal steering wheel control interface (I didn't have 1 previously) so this was a plus. I just got mine installed 2/2/22 I hope this helps!
