Does this item perfectly fit Toyota Camry 2016? null

You might have to use a dash kit. Mine was installed on 2008 Toyota Highlander Limited whose OEM radio has a very unique shape. Boss unit fits best on rectangular single/double din setups. Although keep in mind this unit is a single din unit. It looks big but it is not as seen in most pictures online, the screen hides whats behind it. Screen is detachable and comes out when two buttons located behind the screen are depressed. The screen is genuine 10.1" and you'd love it. Note that if your car has steering wheel controls you might loss them even after using a PAC module which I did.
