No. The only situations where that feature might work is using the idatalink maestro rr. In these cases you need a compatible radio (which this one isn't), the maestro needs compatible firmware for that particular car (which doesn't exist for a 14 range Rover), and the maestro has to list support under that particular vehicle's firmware.
