QuestionDoes this model come with the back up camera or is that sold separately?

- Answer The backup camera comes with it but when I chose for them to install my product they only installed the Car Deck and handed me an unopened box with my backup camera. There was no indication they were only going to do a Partial install and no option online when I bought the product to install the backup camera. Buyer BEWARE. I fell like I was scammed. The install told me the backup camera would be an easy install (not at all true: you have get to the back of the car deck and to plug in the video plug. I hope this answer was helpful

QuestionSo is it a free installation included??? When I put the stereo in the cart to purchase it asks if I want a professional install for over $255???? I am confused it is a free install or it costs extra? I am pretty sure it cannot be both.

- Answer Free installation on the head unit if it costs over $200. Camera installation separate unless you have total tech membership which makes all installation free.
