QuestionMy Boss 550B volume is turned all the way up but I can barely hear it. "Loud" is on. It was working just fine then suddenly I can't hear on Bluetooth or raidio. Thank you

- Answer There are no apps on the Stereo, but if you have a music app on your phone, it should play via blue tooth or aux usb/3.5 jack. So far all of my music apps, including pandora, on my phone work.

- Answer Just bought this. There is a volume preset that can be adjusted. It comes on at 19 from the factory default setting. Check the manual for instructions on how to adjust this.
