• You will need a TRS to TRRS adaptor in order for it to work on any phone.

• Yes. You will need a TRS to TRRS adapter. It will amplify the sound better than the standard phone microphone, but remember this is hardware and you will most likely need software to help you achieve the sound you are looking for.
