• Yes, that is the case. But the top of the display has enough room to fit a iPad I just stream a show with my IPad rather than signing up for a membership.

• It has a guest option, but it does have the JRNY app, we had a option to subscribe for a year. But we returned the treadmill. The treadmill is controlled by a android os pad designed for JRNY service.
