QuestionCan anyone confirm the belt dimensions that you run on? I've seen 60" x 20" on some sites, yet 60" x 22" on other sites like here on BB. Also, anyone know the CHP rating? Thanks!

- Answer I just measured mine and am definitely ticked off!!! Best Buy says 22x60 belt Well the belt is 20x60. And then you have 1/2 " space on each side of belt before you step in the side edges of the Platform. So total flat platform area is 21".

QuestionDoes this a safety feature or lock? I don't want my kids trying to use it.

- Answer There is a safety key that you can leave disconnected until you are ready to use it but the notification that it is disconnected stays on all the time. You can also create a profile with a password but others may be able to use the treadmill as a guest user.

QuestionWhen it says "assembly required" how much assembly are we talking about? is it a simple installation that for most could be feasible?

- Answer I was able to assemble it within 90 minutes with the assistance of my 10 year old to hold up the part. I did grab my own ratchet and hex socket instead of using the supplied key to make that go faster. Hardest part was getting everything unpacked.

- Answer The box I received is 90x33x17 inches. You will need at least 2 people as it is very heavy, large and off center weight.

- Answer Yes. This is a well built machine. My only negative opinion about the machine is that it pushes you to purchase a subscription service with virtual training.

QuestionIs accidental damage covered in the protection plan for this item? Example would be accidentally spilling water on it while using it, then it turns off/malfuntions/gets damaged from the water.

QuestionPicture shows treadmill folded up but I cannot see a locking pin that locks it in the upright folded position. Does it fold up and lock in place that way?

- Answer The running platform does fold up and locks. There is a release button on the lower right leg that lets you fold it up.
