• Yes, you can use in multiple cars - uses suction cup which is released by the switch of a leaver.

• You should be able to move it from car to car but it will most likely lose a little bit of tack after a while eventually.

• Yes, the base will lose much of it's stickiness., I bought a second one for my other car.

• You can move it around from vehicle to vehicle, but you will degrade the sticky base. However the sticky base sometimes is not enough anyway. I little moisture is needed to aid in creating suction - which is really what holds it place. So it can be movable.
