I had the same problem at first. I got a screw driver to pry open the clips one at a time while I slid the clips back on vent as far back as they would go. It took a few times messing with it. But it's stayed on ever since. Get a straight head and pry the clip apart as u slide it back. Do one at a time , a little bit each one until it's as far back as it will go. Should work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure the bottom leg is at a good angle to support the phone. About a 45 degree angle works best for me.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I put a piece of double side mounting tape on the vent surface. Then the clamp on the tape. Never fell off again.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I pushed mine in as far as it would go and set the brace on the CD slot. It holds most of the time, but sometimes it still falls off.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure that the support on the bottom is swung out so that it supports the bracket on the bottom.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.attach the bracket clips to the vents and position it to where you would like it. then attach 2-tie downs on each side of the vents and 1- across the mounting bracket. This will hold the mount in place. Put a rubber band around the top to bottom of the mount so the bottom portion of the mount is touching the rubber band. This way the mount will not scratch the surface of your dash everytime it bumps. It really works! After attaching the magnet to your phone, makes it easier to release and attach the phone each time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
