• use a micro USB cable (Like what you use for most Blue tooth head phone) and make sure to plug the other end to a USB Wall charger so that you can get a good full charge. I usually just charge mine overnight and it stays fully charged for a long time.

• Connect the usb cord that came with the product into usb chanrger, ( I use direct outlet one, computers tend to download software.) Charge. Did you keep directions, they are clear, and if not downloadable on web.
