• It does have a sticky pad. I have not tried to remove it. My plan it to leae it on my window.

• This uses a sticky suction cup. I have used some without the stick and after awhile they drop off after the suction cup loses it shape/grip.

• There is an adhesive mounting. Not sure how easy it would be to remove but it seems likely to be removed since adhesive did not seem particularly strong.
