“I intend to mount the folder to the windshield glass when in use. I would like to remove the holder from the windshield. Does this have a conventional suction cup mounting? Some models use a sticky adhesive and removal is extremely difficult.”

It does have a sticky pad. I have not tried to remove it. My plan it to leae it on my window.

This uses a sticky suction cup. I have used some without the stick and after awhile they drop off after the suction cup loses it shape/grip.

This has the sticky adhesive with the suction cup. I have not tried to reposition it .

There is an adhesive mounting. Not sure how easy it would be to remove but it seems likely to be removed since adhesive did not seem particularly strong.
