how do i find an Owner's manuel? null

The product comes with it but I'm sure they have it online. It's a very standard machine so there's not much you'll need from the manual.

I believe you have to go on-line. Either on the packaging, or with the little paperwork enclosed in the box, I think they give an on-line address for you to go to for the operation of this shaver.
