Do u have to remove hair before using laser?? null

You will need to shave off any coarser hair before using such as on your legs and underarms. However, no matter what it says in the instruction book, if you are a female, don't shave your face or other baby fine hair before using. I use it on my upper lip etc without shaving first, and it hasn't damaged my unit. You wouldn't want to wax before using because I'm almost certain that it needs the follicle to be present in order for it to work.
