• A:Answer Unfortunately no. The hair has to be medium to dark hair. Unfortunately blonde, red, and white/gray hair will not work with this machine.

• A:Answer The instructions say you can use just below the jawline. So you CANNOT use it in your front head. The light is pretty strong and can damage your eyes.

• A:Answer Best Buy has a 45 day return policy (I think), but if it doesn't work for you, Braun's return policy is 100 days. I returned mine because it didn't work, but I had to pay for shipping and tracking. I haven't received my refund yet after a week, but when I contacted Braun, they said it could take 6 weeks to receive it. I would not recommend it simply because it did not work and I have light skin with dark hair.
