Best Buy has a 45 day return policy (I think), but if it doesn't work for you, Braun's return policy is 100 days. I returned mine because it didn't work, but I had to pay for shipping and tracking. I haven't received my refund yet after a week, but when I contacted Braun, they said it could take 6 weeks to receive it. I would not recommend it simply because it did not work and I have light skin with dark hair.

I'll send my item because after six sessions of use, my device started to act up. It is making weird noise when I plugged it, and getting too hot in 2 mins. However, I am ver happy with the result so far. Yes I still have growing hair. But so much thinner and less. It does work. I have light skin and dark hair. I will buy the same device soon. I would recommend it. Since braun has longest return policy, probably I'll buy it from Braun website.
