Q: QuestionI’ve had laser on my chin and upper lip before but some hairs are growing back, would this device work on those areas? Also does it hurt?
Asked by Rebel.
- A:Answer Yes! You can use on the face from the cheekbones down, so upper lip, jawline, and chin should be fine. Use the precision treatment head for single hairs or small patches. It doesn't hurt at all! I always use the highest setting and have never even felt a pinch. It's warm. It's bright. It's almost scary. But, it doesn't hurt at all. Now this is my experience and opinion. If you have very sensitive skin or a low pain tolerance, I would start on the most gentle setting first. If you are ok with that, move up to the next level. Still good? Go ahead and try the regular/standard setting. I also think skin tone and hair color have an effect on flash strength. Again, this is an educated assumption, if such a thing exists! *For reference: I have level I skin (very fair) with very dark brown hair.

Q: QuestionDoes it work for Dark brown skin color? i am from Sri Lanka.
Asked by Kit.
- A:Answer No, unfortunately. The skin needs to be somewhere between very light/fair to medium. The sensor would recognize that you have dark skin and will not work; the actual IPL equipment will not work since It has a sensor that measures skin tone.

Q: QuestionDoes this remove back hair?
Asked by Mark.
- A:Answer I've always been told that lasers are attracted to the contrasting colors. So, the lighter the skin and darker the hair, the better the result. I've used this for only 2 months. but have had laser hair removal in the past and for me, it has worked out well. Good luck!
