“Being that the breville Oracle touch is so expensive- I am more concerned about customer service and responsive s ness of breville or GeekSquad to issues that can arise. For example if in a yr or two , if the machine needs a repair who am I to contact?”

Breville customer service was excellent when I contacted them a couple of years ago. It was regarding my microwave which was out of warranty. Even though they offered me a good discount if I buy a new one which they didn’t have to. With the Oracle touch, I bought the Geek Squad extended warranty just in case considering the high price tag of the machine.
