Breville customer service was excellent when I contacted them a couple of years ago. It was regarding my microwave which was out of warranty. Even though they offered me a good discount if I buy a new one which they didn’t have to. With the Oracle touch, I bought the Geek Squad extended warranty just in case considering the high price tag of the machine.
