• No, the Breville® BOV680 Smart Oven® Air Fryer Compact does not use Teflon®.

• I am also looking for toxic free cooking. If the interior is non stick then it has a toxic coating. It may not technically be Teflon but it may have the same toxic forever chemicals issues just not called “teflon”
