Convection breaks down the cooking time to almost half. Follow the recipe & with 450 convection , bake it 5-7 min less to what the recipe asks for. Keep on checking the top without opening ever 10-15 min.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would not bake any cake in a convection oven. my understanding of the convection oven is to cook things like meat and frozen things faster. My experience with cakes is they like conventional ovens. But you should ask Martha Stewart.
