• Hold down the F/C button on the bottom right and there are options to change and turn off the alerts. It’s pretty piercing

• If there is a way, I'm not aware of it, and it's not referenced in the owner's manual. A manual way to handle this, though, is to simple press the on/off button just before the timer gets down to "0:00." (Note that the oven light comes on automatically 30 seconds before the end of a cooking/toasting cycle, which could be used as a visual cue.)
