“Does it always draw 1800W or only when set to its max temperature?”

• Only certain functions and certain temperatures of the Breville® BOV845 Smart Oven® Pro will draw the full 1800 watts of power.

• Max temperature has nothing to do with wattage draw, it is the heating elements that use the wattage.
