A:Answer I bought a DiGiorno rising crust pizza which measured about 11 & 1/2 inches across. It leaves about 1/2-inch plus around the edge of the included pizza tray. Most professional reviews say cut time and temperature by 25%. Since the pizza pre-set is 400ºF that would be 300º, and instead of using the 12" size that would be 9". I, however, used 325º and 10" size for a crispy but not overdone edge. The only way to find the best setting for your brand is to watch the food closely the first time you cook, and adjust accordingly.
